Blake founded Opendoor Search in 2015 and is the Managing Partner for our Austin, Texas and Milwaukee, Wisconsin offices. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting from Marquette University and worked with a regional CPA firm before transitioning into recruiting. Blake has over 11 years of executive recruiting experience, and throughout his career has been nationally ranked for his success in direct hire placements.

In addition to his passion for recruiting, you'll probably find Blake enjoying the outdoors, boating, fishing, and spending time with his large family and 2 year old son. He is also actively involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters and volunteers in Kidlife at his local Church.
DUSTIN CHANDLER

Dustin is a Partner in our Austin, Texas office. He earned his Bachelor’s in Finance from Auburn University and has extensive experience in corporate finance with a Fortune 500 company. In addition to his industry expertise, Dustin has over 8 years of experience in executive recruiting. Dustin is a meticulous recruiting professional who always puts his clients first.
Outside of recruiting, you will probably find Dustin on the baseball diamond or at a local high school, where he is a volunteer coach and mentor for youth programs throughout the Austin, Texas area.
ERIKA TALLEY
Manager of Executive Search
Erika is a Manager in our Austin, Texas office. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and worked in Big 4 public accounting before transitioning to a successful career in executive recruiting. Erika has 10 years of executive recruiting experience and is a top performer with a passion for helping businesses hire the very best talent.
When she isn't working with our top clients, you will probably find Erika at a basketball game or dance competition with one of her 3 daughters. She's involved in the Eanes Education Foundation at her children's schools, and loves to spend time traveling with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
KRISTI ROWLAND
Manager of Executive Search
Kristi is a Manager in our Austin, Texas office. She earned her Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Oklahoma and Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Kristi has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources and has worked for several large organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Kristi is passionate about finding the right fit for both the client and the candidate.
Outside of recruiting, Kristi enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She's actively involved in her children's schools and extra-curricular activities.
MARY MCCLURE
Manager of Executive Search
Mary is a Manager in our Dallas office, serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. She earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting at Baylor University and shortly after began her career as an Accountant for one of the largest privately held US-based oil & gas companies. With a heart for advocacy, she transitioned her career into the Government Affairs sector and spent nearly 15 years in the public policy arena. Mary channels her passion for advocacy by delivering exceptional service for both her clients and valued candidates.
On a personal note, Mary is currently serving her sixth year as a volunteer for CASA of Collin County – a non-profit advocacy organization serving vulnerable children who are victims of abuse and neglect. As proud parents of three children, Mary and her husband enjoy serving in various volunteer roles at their school, where Mary serves on the board of their PTA. Her family is active in their church community and participate in various extracurricular activities for their children. They enjoy live music, outdoors and travelling.
